The story of a command team who never met before. Kat was an Apache Pilot and Troop Commander and Keith was the Troop First Sergeant (1SG). With mutual respect for each other, they were able to lead a team of 65 Soldiers to Syria. With little to no resources, Kat’s understanding of working with 65 different personalities, and Keith’s vision of rewarding hard work, they were able to command successfully.
